Unsupported Media Types
Do not use the following paper. Not only will print quality be poor, the paper may jam or cause the machine to malfunction.
- Paper that is folded, curled, or wrinkled
- Paper that is damp
- Plain paper or notepad paper cut to a smaller size
- Picture postcards
- Postcards with photos or stickers attached
- Envelopes with a double flap
- Envelopes with embossed or coated surfaces
- Envelopes with adhesive flaps that are already moistened
- Any paper with holes
- Non-rectangular paper
- Stapled or glued paper
- Paper with an adhesive surface
- Paper coated with glitter or other decorative particles
